Returns and Handling Charge

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, Products may be returned to dbda in their original condition, in their original packaging and in a condition which will enable them to be immediately fit for re-sale. Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery (as on the delivery documentation) stating relevant despatch number in order for the customer to be eligible for any refund.

Where Products are returned, dbda reserves the right to levy a handling charge. If invoice details are not quoted the credit will be based upon the lowest sales price.

Videos, audiotapes, software and specially manufactured products are not eligible for return and refunds.

Additional Conditions regarding return of products to dbda

All Products are returned at the Customer’s risk and dbda accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage thereto.
Products to be returned to dbda should be adequately packed and despatched freight prepaid, clearly labelled to:
